Role overview
We’re hiring a full-time, on-site Content Strategist to own PERCH’s content strategy across digital channels. You’ll plan and manage content calendars, lead content creation, translate brand stories into engaging copy and visuals, and use performance data to improve reach and ROI. This role works closely with marketing, design, PR, and leadership to support launches, events, and growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop data-driven content strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals.
- Manage cross-platform content calendars and ensure consistent publishing.
- Create brand stories, campaign concepts, press releases, and digital marketing content.
- Lead social media strategy for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Execute PR campaigns, product launches, and brand events; coordinate photoshoots and creative campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and content partners.
- Monitor content performance and optimize strategies using analytics.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in content strategy, digital marketing, or similar roles; fashion/lifestyle or D2C experience strongly preferred.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent experience.
- Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
- Comfortable with analytics and performance tracking to drive decisions.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative—able to balance strategy and hands-on execution.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
