Position: Junior Production Manager
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Production Manager to support our production operations. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with teams to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing production schedules and workflow.
- Supervise shop floor operations and ensure smooth execution of daily activities.
- Coordinate with procurement, quality, and maintenance teams to avoid delays.
- Monitor production output, efficiency, and wastage, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Identify and resolve production issues to maintain consistency and productivity.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation accurately.
- Support senior management in process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Production, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in production management.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP/Tally knowledge will be an added advantage.
