We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented English Content Writer cum Admin to support our team with high-quality written content and day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has strong English writing skills, creativity, and good organizational abilities to manage both content and office coordination.
Note: Only those who can commute daily to Kodungallur, Thrissur may apply
Key responsibilities
Content writing
- Write, edit, and proofread English content for social media and marketing materials. You can use ChatGPT or any other AI suites.
- Create engaging content aligned with brand tone
- Coordinate with the team for content requirements and deadlines
- Basic research for content topics when needed
- Checking the overall social media handles for accuracy and brand guidelines.
- Making sure deadlines are fulfilled with accuracy and adhering to brand messaging tones.
Administrative duties
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-ups
- Support day-to-day office/admin tasks
- Liaison with Influencers from different parts of South India (Over the phone)
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong grammar and proofreading skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Good time-management and multitasking abilities
- 1–3 years of experience in content writing and/or admin (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, or related field (preferred)
