Job Summary
ABODE School is seeking a proactive and responsible Campus Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the school campus, ensuring a safe, secure, clean, and well-maintained environment for students, staff, and visitors. The Campus Supervisor will coordinate with housekeeping, security, transport, maintenance, and administrative teams to ensure the smooth functioning of campus facilities and support school operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the school campus and ensure smooth functioning of all facilities.
- Monitor the cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of classrooms, offices, playgrounds, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, gardening, transport support, and other support staff.
- Conduct regular campus inspections and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), and facility-related services.
- Ensure all campus facilities are safe, functional, and compliant with school safety standards.
- Monitor the availability of utilities such as electricity, water, internet, and backup power systems.
- Assist in emergency preparedness, fire safety drills, and evacuation procedures.
- Ensure proper functioning of CCTV systems, access control, and campus security measures.
- Support the setup and logistics for school events, assemblies, examinations, parent meetings, workshops, and other activities.
- Maintain records of maintenance requests, repairs, inspections, and vendor services.
- Coordinate with the Procurement and Accounts teams for facility-related purchases and service requirements.
- Monitor inventory of housekeeping supplies, maintenance materials, and campus equipment.
- Address operational concerns raised by staff and ensure prompt follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, health and safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Submit periodic reports on campus operations, maintenance activities, and facility improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A diploma or certification in Facility Management or Administration is an added advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience in campus administration, facility management, school operations, or a similar supervisory role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Familiarity with statutory compliance, fire safety, and emergency response procedures is an added advantage.
