Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales leadership, business development, customer relationship management, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Lead, manage, motivate, and mentor the sales team.
- Set and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic accounts.
- Monitor sales pipeline, conversions, forecasts, and overall team performance.
- Develop new markets, territories, and sales channels.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Handle major client negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Work closely with the marketing, operations, finance, and management teams.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2 years of relevant sales experience, including experience in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Good analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with CRM and sales reporting tools.
