Career Coach – Resume, LinkedIn, Interview & Placement Prep

We are looking for an experienced Career Coach / Placement Preparation Trainer to conduct 10 interactive training sessions, with each session lasting 2 hours, as part of an Industry Readiness Program designed to prepare students for internships, placements, and professional opportunities.
The trainer will help students develop strong resumes, LinkedIn profiles, portfolios, interview skills, professional branding, job search strategies, networking abilities, and overall placement readiness.
Training Approach
The sessions should be practical, hands-on, and outcome-oriented, enabling students to apply the concepts directly to their own career preparation. The trainer is expected to incorporate:
- Resume-building exercises and individual reviews
- LinkedIn profile optimization activities
- Portfolio development guidance
- Realistic mock interviews and interview simulations
- Mock interview panel discussions
- Interview questions based on actual recruitment practices
- Direct and actionable feedback on student performance
- Personal branding and professional positioning exercises
- Internship and job-search strategy activities
- Industry networking and placement preparation exercises
- Real-world recruitment examples and hiring insights

Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in career coaching, placement training, recruitment, talent acquisition, or employability training
- Prior experience working with college students or young professionals is preferred
- Candidates with backgrounds as Career Counsellors, Certified Resume Writers, Recruiters, Talent Acquisition Professionals, or Career Coaches are preferred
- Experience conducting mock interviews or interview panels is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of current recruitment practices, hiring expectations, resumes, LinkedIn, and job-search strategies
- Ability to provide direct, honest, and actionable feedback on student performance
- Strong knowledge of professional branding and placement preparation
- Ability to conduct practical, hands-on activities rather than lecture-based sessions
- Strong communication, mentoring, and facilitation skills
- Ability to bring real recruitment and industry insights into training sessions
- Must be based in or near Bangalore/Bengaluru and available for in-person training sessions
Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,000.00 per hour
