We are currently looking for Business Development Associate
Experience - 0-1 year
1. Independently generate leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
2. Qualify inbound and outbound leads, present and pitch VERT Academy’s products and
services, and successfully close the deals with individual, small institutes, coaching centers,
and individual/institute partners.
3. Build, manage, and maintain your own sales pipeline using the CRM system / Google Sheet / software / application.
4. Prepare customized proposals & presentations with minimal supervision.
5. Negotiate pricing & contract terms for deals up to a certain value.
6. Handle company-provided leads + self-generated leads.
7. Consistently achieve or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly individual targets.
8. Create engaging video content for social media and execute digital marketing campaigns, including college outreach, campus visits, and lead generation initiatives.
9. Attend local education events, seminars, and expos to represent and promote the VERT Academy brand, and collaborate with academic, sales, and marketing teams to enhance service quality for students, parents, and partner institutions.
Date of Joining - Immediate
Pay: ₹11,515.99 - ₹40,970.35 per month
