We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation & Client Coordination Executive who can identify potential clients, generate quality leads, make outbound calls, follow up regularly, and coordinate meetings with the management team.
Required Skills :
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good Hindi / Gujarati communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to use LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Google for research.
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Graduate in any field.
- 1–3 years of experience in:
- Lead Generation
- Telecalling
- Business Development
- Customer Relationship Management
- Experience in B2B sales will be an added advantage.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Daily Targets
- Generate 30–50 new leads
- Make 50–80 outbound calls
- Conduct 20 follow-up calls
- Arrange 3–5 qualified meetings
- Update CRM with 100% accuracy
Monthly Targets
- Generate 600–1000 leads
- Arrange 50–80 meetings
- Maintain follow-up conversion ratio above 25%
- Achieve meeting-to-client conversion targets set by management
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
