Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day production and achieve shift-wise production targets.
- Manage operators/helpers and allocate work as per production requirements.
- Monitor machine operation, process parameters and product quality.
- Control rejection, rework, wastage and machine downtime.
- Ensure compliance with WI/SOP, 5S, safety and housekeeping.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Stores for production issues.
- Maintain production records and ensure proper shift handover.
- Support Kaizen, Poka-Yoke and continuous improvement activities.
Required Skills
- Plastic granules / extrusion / recycling experience preferred.
- Good manpower handling, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work 12-hour rotational day/night shifts
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
