Serving as a member of the Management Team, the primary responsibility of the Production Manager is to ensure organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organization's operational and logistical functions.
The Production Manager ensures the smooth operation of various processes contributing to the production of goods and services within the organization. Responsibilities include planning, analyzing, directing, and coordinating logistical systems, such as distribution, forecasting, or planning services. The manager will monitor workflow status, provide operational reporting, and make recommendations on production and quality issues. This role requires close collaboration with facility heads to ensure service deliverables are met and exceeded, while also supporting account and revenue growth.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- 5–10 years of experience, ideally in data conversion or knowledge solutions environments
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills, with strong communication abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
- Strong attention to detail and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to delegate responsibilities effectively
- Creative and proactive thinking to address service-delivery needs
- Experience in gathering and distilling actionable information for operational needs
- Flexible working hours to facilitate smooth job and batch functioning
- Willingness to travel internationally and domestically within India as needed
- Enhance operational systems, processes, and policies to support the organization’s mission, specifically in management reporting, information flow, and business process planning
- Lead initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence
- Address and resolve issues related to risk management, shipment delays, client dissatisfaction, and employee concerns
