The role will focus primarily on providing Expense Management support
Collaborate with client’s teams to ensure efficiency in handling tasks related to expense management, invoice monitoring, pricing and vendor management
Engage in vendor management tasks including invoice monitoring ensuring accuracy of contract data within the VMS system.
Cross-training to become competent in various expense management activities to maximize resource utilization.
Utilization of current tools such as Workday and VMS etc. ensuring seamless operation and data accuracy
Should be willing to work in the US shift i.e. 8am to 5pm EST
