Job Description
As a Global Integration Delivery Manager (P1), you will be a strategic leader within our global digital technologies division. You will lead the delivery arm of our Integration Hub (IH), managing a talented team of delivery managers, driving strategic alignment with our various business segments, and optimizing relationships with our global technology partners to deliver seamless integration capabilities.
- Quality: You will establish rigorous delivery standards, governance frameworks, and timeline controls to ensure that all integration projects within the Integration Hub are executed flawlessly, maintaining the high performance of our global supply chain and commercial networks.
Responsibility: You will take full ownership of the Integration Hub's delivery roadmap, project budgets, and vendor allocations. Beyond delivery, you will embrace the responsibility of developing your direct reports (Associates) into the next generation of digital leaders.
Mutuality: You will build collaborative, "win-win" relationships across our diverse business segments (such as Snacking, Food, and Petcare) and external partners (including design, build, and strategic offshore vendors). You ensure our integration solutions drive value for all parties.

- Partner with business segment leaders (Petcare, Snacking, Food) and digital business partners to understand their strategic pipelines and translate them into a unified Integration Hub (IH) demand roadmap.
- Act as the key integration delivery contact for segment IT directors, translating complex technical capabilities into business value, and aligning delivery capacity with commercial priorities.
- Champion the positioning of the Integration Hub as a specialized domain expert unit that understands segment-specific nuances (e.g., specific retail channels, factory networks, or veterinary services).
- Manage, coach, and inspire a global team of 7 Delivery Managers (ranging from T1 to T2 levels).
- Drive talent development plans, performance management, training programs, and career progression frameworks to grow your team of Associates.
- Cultivate a highly collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture aligned with our corporate culture and values.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of all integration projects, workstreams, and sub-workstreams within the global Integration Hub.
- Establish robust timeline management, project milestones, and delivery tracking dashboards to provide proactive visibility on progress, risk, and resource constraints to the Global Integration Director.
- Act as the ultimate escalation point for project delivery issues, managing interdependencies and resolving roadblocks between internal teams and external vendor partners.
- Manage the overall delivery budget for the Integration Hub, tracking actual expenditures against forecasts.
- Define and execute the cross-charge model, ensuring clear and accurate allocation of integration delivery costs to the consuming business segments.
- Negotiate, manage, and govern vendor contracts with strategic partners (including design partners, build partners, and external services organizations).
- Monitor vendor resource utilization, negotiate rates, and enforce strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure high-quality vendor delivery.
- Maintain strategic and practical oversight of the enterprise integration technologies powering our ecosystem:
SAP BTP Integration Suite (SAP BTP IS): Oversee delivery for ERP-centric and LOB integrations.
Azure Integration Services (Azure IS): Govern delivery of cloud-native microservices and workflows.
MuleSoft Anypoint Platform: Oversee APIs, RAML/OAS development, and global API-led networks.
Solace PubSub+: Support the execution of real-time, event-driven architectures (EDA) for supply chain and logistics.
OpenText / EDI: Guide transactional messaging delivery (EDIFACT, ANSI X12) with global retailers and 3PLs.
Direct the evolution of delivery practices, shifting teams toward modern DevSecOps, automated testing, and CI/CD frameworks to accelerate release velocity.- SAP BTP Integration Suite (SAP BTP IS): Oversee delivery for ERP-centric and LOB integrations.
- Azure Integration Services (Azure IS): Govern delivery of cloud-native microservices and workflows.
- MuleSoft Anypoint Platform: Oversee APIs, RAML/OAS development, and global API-led networks.
- Solace PubSub+: Support the execution of real-time, event-driven architectures (EDA) for supply chain and logistics.
- OpenText / EDI: Guide transactional messaging delivery (EDIFACT, ANSI X12) with global retailers and 3PLs.
- CPG/FMCG Sector Experience: Years of digital program delivery experience, within a global Consumer Packaged Goods, retail, or manufacturing enterprise.
- People Management: Proven track record of managing a team of direct reports (preferably managing other project/delivery managers at T1/T2 levels) in a global matrix organization.
- Segment & Relationship Management: Proven ability to manage relationship networks with executive-level stakeholders and business segment leads.
- Strategic Financial Acumen: Extensive experience managing multi-million-dollar project portfolios, executing cross-charge models, and managing complex vendor contracts/SOWs.
- Ecosystem Understanding: A solid conceptual understanding of integration concepts and tools (such as MuleSoft, Solace, SAP BTP, Azure IS, OpenText/EDI, and BizTalk) to lead technical discussions, identify risks, and guide delivery timelines.
- Agile & Traditional Project Frameworks: Expert-level knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) alongside traditional program management methodologies (MSP, Prince2, or PMP).
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to look beyond day-to-day operations to define the long-term delivery roadmap and optimize team structures.
- Value-Driven Leadership: Direct alignment with a values-based workplace, illustrating high integrity, accountability, and a focus on mutual growth.
- Influencing & Negotiation: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a demonstrated capability to influence stakeholders and negotiate successfully with vendors.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, MSP, or Certified Scrum Master / Product Owner) are highly desirable.
