Production Manager – Job Description
- Manage daily production operations and factory workflow.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Monitor product quality and manufacturing standards.
- Coordinate with procurement, store, and service departments.
- Supervise production staff and maintain discipline on the floor.
- Reduce production delays, wastage, and operational costs.
- Maintain machinery, tools, and safety procedures.
- Prepare production reports and improve overall efficiency.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
