We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to be involved in the End-to-End Sales process. The role encompasses Lead Generation to Order Collection and Payment Collection.
- Generating leads from multiple platforms.
- Entering and updating customer information in the database.
- Taking and processing orders in an accurate manner.
- Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner, via phone, email, social media, or chat applications.
- Analyzing customer feedback on products and services offered.
- Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints.
- Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Candidates should be problem solvers and able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Candidates should be able to resolve conflicts with customers.
- Candidates should be team players.
- Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information is required.
- Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office is necessary.
- Preferred qualifications include 0-2 years in a similar role.
