- Distributing various packages to specified locations within a given time frame.
- Planning daily travel routes based on locations and time frames.
- Readily adhering and accepting the route roster planned by the supervisor for timely delivery of packages
- Carefully loading and unloading all packages
- Keeping location enabled, and informing management about the current whereabouts.
- Accepting and recording payment for delivered packages whenever needed
- Answering customers’ questions and responding to complaints in a professional manner.
- Safely driving and delivering the packages as per SOPs put in place by the company, and informing the company about any discrepancies.
- Obtaining customers' signatures on delivery papers upon completion of each delivery.
- Responsibility of upkeep and maintenance of the company vehicle.
