Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell our professional hair-care and cosmetic products to salons. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit Daily 12-15 salons .
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer network.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Promote new product launches, offers, and marketing campaigns.
- Collect orders and ensure timely follow-up for deliveries.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Prepare daily visit reports and submit sales updates.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not mandatory.
- 1–3 years of sales experience (FMCG, Cosmetics, Beauty, or Salon Industry preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle preferred.
