Role and Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Drive end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including talent sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Lead profiling and screening discussions, including initial evaluation of senior and CXO-level candidates.
- Orchestrate seamless onboarding and induction experiences to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Own and continuously optimize recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring dashboards for actionable insights
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Champion employee engagement initiatives and internal communication to foster a positive and high-performance culture
- Proactively support grievance resolution by ensuring timely, fair, and effective handling of employee concerns
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a any field
- Experience with recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
- Must have prior experience in conducting interviews or screening calls, including interaction with CXO-level candidates
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
