1. Make process sheet and setup details to be available 2 days before loading the part
2. Responsible to provide each process sheet which gives complete information regarding cycle time, RPM, feed rates
3. AS 9100D audit document supporting wherever required as per higher authority instruction
4. Responsible for documentation and Data control pertaining to Methods department
5. Responsible for documentation preparation/drawing of operational sketches
6. Any special tools and fixtures requirements to be given to purchase department, minimum one week before to loading of part
7. Stage inspection and proper setup details drawings and process sheet to be created
8. Monitoring of machining activities to see cycle time matching with cam programming
9. Maximum use of fixtures to be done to avoid setup time
10. Good knowledge of AUTOCAD is a must , Unigraphics (not mandatory)
