Role Overview
We are looking for empathetic individuals to join us as Listeners.
Your role will be to listen and engage in meaningful conversations with users on the platform — without judgment, advice, or pressure.
This is not a counseling or therapy role, but a human connection role.
What You’ll Do
- Engage in one-on-one conversations via chat, voice, or video
- Listen patiently and respond with empathy
- Create a safe and comfortable space for users
- Maintain anonymity and confidentiality at all times
What This Role Is NOT
- Not a therapy or counseling job
- Not a problem-solving or advisory role
- Not a casual chatting or dating platform
Who We’re Looking For
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English or other regional languages)
- Calm, patient, and emotionally aware
- Non-judgmental mindset
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations maturely
- Prior experience in customer support / people-facing roles is a plus (not mandatory)
Availability
- Flexible working hours
- Minimum [X] hours per day commitment
- Ability to maintain consistency
Compensation
- Paid per interaction / session (details will be shared during onboarding)
