About the Role
Vision One Solutions is looking for enthusiastic HR Interns to join our Talent Acquisition Team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate engagement, and HR operations while working with leading BFSI and corporate hiring projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support day-to-day Talent Acquisition activities.
Eligibility
- Graduate or pursuing Graduation/MBA (HR preferred).
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
