We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented International Voice Process Executives to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers based in the United States.
- Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional customer support while maintaining high service standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
- Accurately update customer information and interaction details in CRM systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for timely resolution.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in every customer interaction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process (US, UK, or Australian process preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Neutral accent with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong listening, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage customer interactions professionally and confidently.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Comfortable working permanent US Night Shift.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Willing to work from our Bengaluru office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in U.S. Customer Support, Technical Support, Collections, or International Customer Service.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, or similar systems.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
