Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Academic Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will guide prospective students in selecting the right academic programs, provide personalized academic advice, and support them throughout the admission and enrollment process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to build strong relationships with learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise prospective students on academic programs and course options.
- Understand students' educational and career goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Guide students through the admission, application, and enrollment process.
- Follow up with prospective students via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide timely support to student queries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with at least 6 months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
