We are seeking an experienced Academic Consultant to provide one-on-one research mentorship, manuscript refinement, and publication guidance.
What You Will Do:
- Deliver expert consultation and academic supervision to postgraduate students.
- Critically review, edit, and refine all five chapters of postgraduate dissertations and theses.
- Guide clients through research proposals, study designs, data analysis, and manuscript preparation.
- Manage the end-to-end publication pipeline for Scopus and Web of Science (WoS) indexed journals.
- Maintain rigorous standards for academic writing conventions, citation systems (APA, Vancouver, Harvard), and target journal requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Business/Finance or closely related.
- Publication Record: Must be the first (1st) author of at least one article indexed in Scopus or Web of Science (WoS).
- Writing & Publishing: High-level mastery of formal academic English and international peer-review submission protocols.
Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage):
- First-author publications in Q1 or Q2 high-impact journals.
- Strong command of quantitative tools: IBM SPSS, SmartPLS, or AMOS.
- Experience with qualitative research: NVivo, ATLAS.ti, or thematic coding.
- Working knowledge of programming or computational tools: Python, R, or Deep Learning.
