An HR Recruiter manages the full-cycle hiring process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. Their primary goal is partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and secure top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Advertising: Post jobs on career sites and job boards. Proactively hunt for passive candidates via platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub.
- Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate applicant qualifications and culture fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and administer skills assessments.
- Offers & Onboarding: Facilitate job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and guide new hires through the onboarding process.
- Candidate Management: Maintain accurate data on candidates and applicants using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Core Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, corporate talent acquisition, or a recruiting agency.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Familiarity with HR databases and ATS software is highly preferred
Pay: ₹10,371.00 - ₹13,371.00 per month
