Job Overview:
We are seeking a disciplined and process-oriented Desktop Support Engineer (DL1) to join our operations at our plant in Sanand, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive end-user workplace technical support, managing system deployments, and ensuring compliance with established enterprise service levels.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct technical support and deployment configuration for Windows 11 enterprise environments.
- Efficiently manage, log, and resolve workplace technical incidents through enterprise Ticketing Tools.
- Adhere strictly to ITIL framework processes and ensure all resolutions meet defined operational SLAs.
- Troubleshoot end-user hardware, laptops, desktops, printers, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors for hardware replacement and infrastructure support.
Key Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of active experience in enterprise desktop support or service desk operations.
- Strong technical proficiency in troubleshooting Windows 11 and core workplace computing environments.
- Hands-on experience working under SLA-driven environments with standard ticketing software.
- Good communication and customer handling skills to support plant and workplace users.
Pay: ₹8,840.21 - ₹27,262.45 per month
