We are looking for a dedicated, responsible, and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee our operations in Property Management & Deep Cleaning services.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2–5 years of field supervision experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to coordinate staff, monitor service quality, and interact with clients
- Basic knowledge of smartphone applications and reporting
- Willingness to travel within assigned locations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise field staff and daily operations
- Ensure quality service delivery and client satisfaction
- Conduct site inspections and prepare report
- Resolve on-site issues promptly
- Maintain company standards and safety practices.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
