Here is the JD:
Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation including requirements gathering, system configuration, data migration, and UAT support.
Configure core HR modules: Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, - Compensation, and Recruiting Management.
Integrate SuccessFactors with SAP ERP HCM, third-party ATS, SSO, and payroll systems via OData, APIs, or middleware.
Develop and execute test cases, train end users, and provide post-go-live support to ensure smooth adoption.
Collaborate with clients to document business processes, identify gaps, and recommend system enhancements aligned with best practices.
Support change management initiatives and conduct solution demos to stakeholders across HR, IT, and leadership teams.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
