Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Head to lead our business development and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in generating high-quality leads, acquiring international clients, building scalable sales strategies, and leading sales teams in a service-based IT company.
This role requires someone who can drive business growth through multiple sales channels, mentor the sales team, and establish long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive company growth.
- Generate qualified leads through multiple channels including Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, networking, referrals, and other lead generation platforms.
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of international clients.
- Create innovative sales strategies and identify new opportunities to acquire clients.
- Lead the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Conduct client meetings, requirement gathering, proposal presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent client communication and account management.
- Guide, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare accurate project estimations and proposals.
- Track sales KPIs, prepare reports, and continuously optimize the sales process.
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions and business meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales within an IT Service-Based Company (Mandatory).
- Experience with product-based companies will not be considered.
- Strong expertise in Upwork bidding with a proven record of winning projects.
- Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and prospecting.
- Hands-on experience with cold emailing, outbound sales, lead nurturing, and CRM tools.
- Proven track record of generating international business and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of IT services and modern technology stacks such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, React Js, PHP ,Wordpress, NodeJS, UI/UX, QA, and Digital Solutions.
- Excellent client communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience leading and mentoring sales/business development teams.
- Ability to create sales strategies, identify market opportunities, and drive business growth.
- Excellent spoken and written English with strong presentation skills.
- Self-driven, strategic thinker, and results-oriented professional.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with clients from the US, UK, Europe, Middle East, or Australia.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar.
- Existing professional network and client portfolio will be an added advantage.
- Candidates currently based in Dubai will be given preference and this will be considered a strong plus.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
