Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer/Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems and utilities in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Valid C Licence Must
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and maintain VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and electrical control panels.
- Maintain and monitor Diesel Generators (DG), transformers, air compressors, and other utility equipment.
- Handle HT/LT (High Tension/Low Tension) electrical systems, ensuring safe and reliable power distribution.
- Carry out electrical fault diagnosis and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Oversee maintenance of electrical panel boards, motors, lighting systems, and plant utilities.
- Perform basic plumbing maintenance and coordinate repairs related to water supply and utility systems.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of VFDs, PLCs, control panels, and industrial automation systems.
- Experience in maintaining DG sets, transformers, compressors, and electrical utilities.
- Practical experience in handling HT/LT power supply systems.
- Good knowledge of industrial plumbing and utility maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond effectively to emergency breakdowns.
