Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about search engine optimization and possess a deep understanding of SEO strategies, techniques, and best practices. As an SEO Specialist at Exaltt Core Solutions Private Limited, you will play a key role in optimizing our clients' websites for improved search engine visibility and driving organic traffic growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research to identify strategic keywords and phrases for target audience and industry
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs)
- Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, and internal linking structure, for maximum SEO effectiveness
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush
- Identify SEO opportunities and trends, and make recommendations for website improvements and optimizations
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and algorithm updates, and adjust SEO strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and other cross-functional teams to implement SEO best practices and drive results
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients, highlighting key metrics and achievements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a strong track record of successful SEO campaigns and results
- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices, including on-page optimization, link building, and keyword research
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations
