Job Summary
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, providing information about our healthcare services, scheduling appointments, and guiding patients with empathy and professionalism. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counseling skills with the ability to build trust over phone calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Respond to patient inquiries regarding hospital services and consultations.
- Counsel prospective patients and explain treatment processes clearly.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records.
- Follow up with leads and existing patients.
- Coordinate with doctors and internal departments when required.
- Maintain daily call reports and achieve assigned targets.
- Deliver a positive patient experience while maintaining confidentiality.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Strong counseling and convincing abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with good listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (12th Pass candidates with relevant experience may also apply).
- Experience in Telecalling, Healthcare, Customer Support, Sales, or Counseling is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
