Lash & Nail Technician
Location: Candles Nailash Studio – Koramangala & JP Nagar, Bengaluru
Job Responsibilities
Perform professional nail services including manicure, pedicure, gel polish, extensions, overlays, nail art, and refills.
Perform eyelash services including classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions, lash lifts, and lash removal.
Consult clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail and lash services.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and sterilization of tools and workstations.
Ensure excellent customer service and create a comfortable client experience.
Maintain proper client records and service history.
Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked with required products.
Assist in inventory management by reporting product or supply shortages.
Stay updated with the latest nail and lash trends, techniques, and products.
Follow studio SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Take before-and-after photos/videos of completed work when required for social media.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
Requirements
Experience as a Nail Technician and/or Lash Technician.
Good knowledge of nail extensions, nail art, gel systems, and lash extension techniques.
Strong attention to detail and creativity. Good communication and client handling skills.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to work as part of a team.
Ability to maintain cleanliness and professional standards at all times.
Preferred: Certification in Nail Technology and/or Lash Extensions is an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
