Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Job Summary
Fine Vibes Services Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and responsible Solar Plant Maintenance Engineer to manage the operation and maintenance activities of a solar power plant located in Mandla, Madhya Pradesh. The selected candidate will be responsible for routine inspections, plant monitoring, basic troubleshooting, reporting, and ensuring smooth plant operations.
Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates must be willing to stay at the solar plant site and handle day-to-day maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities : Plant Monitoring & Operations
- Monitor daily plant performance and power generation.
- Record generation data and operational parameters.
- Ensure maximum uptime and efficient operation of the solar plant.
Maintenance Activities
- Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of:
- Solar PV Modules
- Inverters
- Transformers
- AC/DC Panels
- Cables and Electrical Equipment
- Identify faults and report abnormalities.
- Assist in basic troubleshooting and repair activities.
- Coordinate with senior engineers for major breakdowns.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily generation and maintenance logs.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintain proper records of plant operations and maintenance activities.
Safety & Site Management
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness and security of the plant premises.
- Properly use PPE and maintenance tools.
Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification
- ITI (Electrician/Wireman) OR
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related fields.
- Candidates with higher qualifications may also apply.
Experience
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in solar plant operation and maintenance will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and solar power plants.
- Understanding of solar modules, inverters, transformers, and electrical panels.
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently at site locations.
Additional Requirements
- Candidate must be willing to stay at the solar plant site.
- Residential duty as per plant operational requirements.
- Responsible, disciplined, and capable of handling site activities.
- Willingness to work in remote locations and respond to plant-related issues when required.
