Job Summary:
We are seeking a charismatic, energetic, and creative In-House Content Creator to become the face of our brand. In this role, you will film, edit, and star in short-form video content to build consumer awareness, engage our community, and humanize our company. You must be comfortable on camera, possess strong computer literacy, and hold advanced video editing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Camera Presenting: Act as the primary on-screen talent for our TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Video Production: Script, film, and edit high-quality, engaging video content daily.
- Trend Tracking: Monitor social media trends, viral sounds, and platform updates to keep our content relevant.
- Community Engagement: Interact with followers in the comments section to build an active, loyal community.
- Analytics Reporting: Track video performance metrics (views, watch time, engagement) to optimize future content.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced Video Editing: Expert proficiency in mobile and desktop editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong Computer Knowledge: Highly tech-savvy with file management, cloud storage (Google Drive/Dropbox), and basic graphic design tools (Canva or Photoshop).
- Platform Mastery: In-depth understanding of the algorithms, formatting, and best practices for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- On-Camera Charisma: Natural ability to speak confidently, clearly, and engagingly on camera.
- Creativity: A portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling and creative copywriting.
Education & Experience
- Experience in creating short-form video content (either for a brand or managing your own successful personal channels).
- Proven track record of growing social media engagement or views.

Pay: ₹96,000.00 - ₹144,000.00 per year
