Responsible for preparing and baking breads, pastries, cakes, desserts and other bakery products while maintaining quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake bakery products as per standard recipes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Maintain mise-en-place and daily production requirements.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment properly.
- Monitor stock levels and follow FIFO procedures.
- Minimize wastage and maintain a clean work area.
- Assist senior chefs in daily bakery operations.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of bakery experience.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and bakery production.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
