Faith & Patience is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused CRM Executive to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with customers, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, and Phone Calls.
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and product recommendations.
- Manage order tracking, cancellations, returns, replacements, and customer complaints.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on pending cases.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally while following company SOPs.
- Deliver a positive and seamless customer experience at every touchpoint.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or CRM.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of Shopify, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, or CRM software is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
