Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Web Hikerz, based in Mohali district. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key tasks include planning and implementing strategies to expand the company's client base, nurturing leads, overseeing accounts, and creating proposals that align with client needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation activities, with a focus on securing growth opportunities.
- Strong skills in Business and Account Management, including client relationship management and developing tailored client solutions.
- Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to convey ideas clearly and professionally.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and resolve challenges.
- Proficiency in using online platforms like Upwork for sourcing and securing clients is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in an on-site, collaborative team environment in Mohali.
