- Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. Drive volume through B2C sales, corporate accounts, and bulk/fleet deals.
- Operations & Fixed Operations: Oversee day-to-day dealership functions, including vehicle sales, after-sales service, spare parts, and vehicle financing. Ensure seamless workflows and high levels of efficiency across all branches.
- Financial Management: Manage profit and loss (P&L), set annual budgets, and control operational costs. Monitor financial statements for accuracy and ensure the dealership hits return-on-investment (ROI) targets.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor department managers, sales executives, and service technicians. Foster a performance-driven, customer-centric culture.
- OEM & Compliance Management: Maintain strong relationships with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or brand. Ensure the dealership complies with manufacturer guidelines, legal regulations, and safety policies.
- Marketing & Promotions: Spearhead local marketing initiatives, community engagement programs, and digital campaigns to expand market reach.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
