Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Production Incharge with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in graphite machining operations. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing CNC/VMC machining of graphite precision components, ensuring production targets, maintaining dimensional accuracy, and controlling dust-sensitive machining environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage CNC & VMC machining operations for graphite components and electrodes.
Plan daily/weekly production schedules based on customer requirements.
Ensure dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and quality compliance of graphite parts.
Optimize cutting parameters specific to graphite materials.
Monitor tool wear, tool selection, and electrode machining accuracy.
Maintain strict dust control and housekeeping standards in graphite machining areas.
Coordinate with CAD/CAM programmers for parts machining strategy.
Ensure preventive maintenance of CNC/VMC machines.
Reduce rejection, rework, and material wastage.
Maintain production MIS reports and efficiency tracking.
Lead and train operators in safe handling of graphite materials.
Ensure adherence to safety norms and environmental controls.
Required Qualifications:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
6–8 years of experience in CNC/VMC machining.
Minimum 3+ years experience specifically in graphite machining (preferred).
Strong knowledge of tooling, feeds & speeds for graphite material.
Ability to read engineering drawings and 3D models.
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with dust extraction systems and graphite-safe machining practices.
Exposure to ISO documentation and process control systems.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
