Job Description
We have an immediate requirement for a HR & Admin Executive in our organisation to handle the HR functions of the company having about 50 employees. Only candidates with the following qualifications and experience should apply.
HR functions
1. Posting job vacancies in various job portals
2. Recruitment, onboarding and induction of new employees
3. Maintaining personal files of all employees' data and records
4. Prepare employment contracts
5. Developing and implementing various HR policies and procedures
6. Maintain and monitor daily attendance and leave records
7. Schedule regular training for all employees and maintain training records
8. Managing employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving grievances
9. Maintain a database of freelancer technicians
10. Maintain office discipline & decorum
11. Employee engagement activities like employee award / reward ceremony
ADMINISTRATION FUNCTIONS
1. Manage train, flight, hotel bookings, and visa processing (domestic & international).
2. Arrange gate passes for all project sites.
3. Coordinate logistics at various project sites, including accommodation and local transportation.
4. Responsible for safety, security and discipline of the office complex & employee Guesthouse.
5. Manage office supplies, assets, and logistics.
6. Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and event planning.
7. Maintain accurate and well-organized administrative records.
8. Coordinate customs clearance at airports.
9. Travel to project sites as required for administrative activities.
10. Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, couriers).
11. Oversee daily office administration.
12. Handle renewals of licenses, agreements, and service contracts.
13. Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and administrative protocols.
14. Maintain and regularly update the company website / Profile / Brochures / Business cards / emails to ensure accuracy, functionality, security, and up-to-date content
Required Qualification and Experience
1. Should be a specialist in Recruitment.
2. BBA/MBA in HR
3. Should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in HR Management
4. Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls and courier/ email handling
5. Monitor compliance with company policies, processes and administrative protocols
6. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and issue offer letter
Required soft skills
1. Highly analytical with excellent problem solving skills
2. Should have excellent communication skills
3. Should have excellent organisational and time management abilities
4. Should have managerial experience in an office setting
5. Deep understanding of budgeting best practices
6. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook) & Google suite
7. Should have excellent strategic planning and time management abilities
8. Should be able to work under pressure
9. Should be fluent in English (Hindi speaking is an added advantage)
10. Should be able to work independently and as a part of the team
11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, files
12. Monitor Attendance, leave and support monthly payroll inputs
13. Handle employee grievances

Salary Range:
CTC - Rs 3,00,000 to Rs 3,60,000
Working Hours:
09:30 A.M. to 06:30 P.M. (6 days a week and Sunday is holiday)
