Job Requirement: Influencer Marketing Executive
Role Overview
The Influencer Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing influencer campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across digital platforms. The role requires strong coordination skills, creativity, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities-
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across platforms (Meta, YouTube, etc.)
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
- Negotiate commercials, contracts, deliverables, and timelines with influencers and agencies.
- Coordinate content creation, approvals, and publishing schedules.
- Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) and prepare reports.
- Ensure influencer content complies with brand guidelines and platform regulations.
- Stay updated with influencer trends, platform changes, and competitor activities.
- Maintain long-term relationships with influencers and talent managers.
- Work closely with internal teams (content, performance marketing, PR, legal)
Required Skills & Qualifications-
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyse campaign metrics and draw actionable insights
- Experience using influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms (preferred)
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail

- Experience working with brands or agencies
- Familiarity with paid collaborations, barter deals, and performance-based campaigns

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
