Central Academy Ratanada, is seeking a Front Office Incharge to manage daily front desk and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors, ensuring smooth communication and a welcoming school environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reception and front office operations efficiently
- Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors professionally
- Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence
- Respond to parent inquiries related to admissions, fees, and general school information
- Maintain accurate records, registers, and documentation
- Coordinate with teachers and administrative staff
- Manage courier, dispatch, and incoming/outgoing documents
- Support admission processes and school events
- Maintain confidentiality of school records
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- Proven experience in front office, receptionist, or administrative roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and courteous behavior
Preferred Experience
- Experience in a school or educational institution
- Experience handling parents and student-related queries
