Key Responsibilities1. Production & Baking
- Prepare and bake a wide variety of goods (cakes, pies, tarts, cookies, and artisan breads) from scratch, strictly following traditional and modern recipes.
- Execute daily prep tasks (mise-en-place) to exact standards and service demands.
- Create specialty and custom-made desserts or cakes for special client requests. [1, 2]
2. Menu Development & Innovation
- Design and develop new, exciting recipes and seasonal menus that appeal to customers and align with current culinary trends.
