● Handle day-to-day cashless claim-related activities efficiently.
● Verify and validate information submitted by insured members.
● Manage communication and address queries from customers/providers via email and phone.
● Process and adjudicate claims as per policy terms and conditions.
● Maintain accurate records and MIS reports.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth claim processing.
● Willingness to work for complete night shifts (international process).

● Basic computer proficiency (MS Outlook, Excel, and Word).
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
