We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with experience in civil construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, billing, cost monitoring, and coordination with site teams, contractors, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity estimates and BOQs from drawings.
- Check and certify subcontractor bills.
- Prepare client bills and maintain billing records.
- Track project costs, quantities, and material consumption.
- Conduct rate analysis for civil works.
- Verify measurements at the project site.
- Prepare cost comparisons for vendors and subcontractors.
- Assist in variation claims and additional work documentation.
- Coordinate with the project manager, billing team, and site engineers.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, measurements, and approvals.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of civil construction quantities and measurements.
- Experience in RCC, finishing, and infrastructure works.
- Familiarity with BOQ preparation, billing, and rate analysis.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
