Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support our business development and customer engagement activities. You will be responsible for assisting parents, corporate clients, and walk-in visitors with information, packages, and bookings, while ensuring a smooth sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling walk-in customer inquiries and explain BotFit’s packages & services.
- Support the sales team in generating leads from calls, social media, and events.
- Coordinate with clients for booking confirmations, requirements, and follow-ups.
- Maintain sales records and update customer databases.
- Ensure excellent customer service by being friendly, approachable, and solution-oriented.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Passion for kids, events, and family entertainment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is a plus.
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (Freshers welcome).
