Job Title: ENGINEER - PLANNING/COST CONTROL & QS (Real Estate)

Location : Kozhikode, Kerala. | Employment: Full-time |

Experience : 5–7 years (Real Estate/Residential projects construction experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules (P6/MS); develop WBS, baselines, look-ahead,

and recovery plans.

Track progress, productivity, and milestones; generate weekly/monthly reports, dashboards, S-

curves & histograms.

Support detailed quantity take-offs from drawings/BOQs; verify measurements and certify

contractor/subcontractor bills.

Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, rate analysis, and cash-flow forecasting; monitor, flag

variances and cost risks.

Manage procurement planning: material take-offs, PR schedules, vendor follow-ups, and

delivery tracking.

Coordinate with design, site, contracts, and procurement teams; support change management

and claims with proposals, estimates, time–cost impact analyses.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements; maintain documentation

and audits.

Required Qualifications :

BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
4–7 years’ experience in planning and QS for Real Estate/building projects.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel (advanced), and QS tools; familiarity

with IS codes.

Individual contributor with end-to-end task ownership & high autonomy.
Strong analytical, measurement, and reporting skills; ability to read drawings and contracts.
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills; Malayalam/Hindi/English preferred.

Preferable :

Experience with ERP (BuildSmart, Quadra, etc) or project controls software; Power BI/Tableau.
Knowledge of local Kerala schedule of rates and local bylaws.
Addl relevant certification.
