About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with design tools and a solid understanding of design principles. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and campaigns across digital platforms that align with our brand identity and engage our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create eye-catching creatives for digital advertising, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Conceptualize and deliver posters, banners, and marketing materials in line with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign ideas into visual assets.
- Maintain consistency in design across all platforms while exploring fresh and innovative styles.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Canva.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout techniques.
- Ability to create different poster styles and adapt designs for multiple platforms.
- Prior experience designing creatives for social media campaigns and digital ads is essential.
- Working knowledge of UI/UX design concepts, including wireframing, understanding user journeys, and designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Strong attention to detail with a creative mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
