Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic, strategic and results-orientated operations manager to lead a cluster of premium residential communities in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
The ideal candidate should have 8–15 years of proven experience in facility management, including at least 3 years in residential communities, with strong expertise in large-team management, multi-site operations, operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Additional Details:
- Lead and oversee operations across a cluster of 20+ residential communities.
- Ensure consistent, seamless service delivery and SLA compliance across all sites.
- Conduct monthly site audits, track action items and ensure timely closure.
- Drive contract renewals, client relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Review monthly MMRs, operational performance and key site metrics.
- Capture customer feedback and drive continuous improvement across communities.
- Oversee end-to-end site operations, including invoicing and payment collections.
- Recruit, train and develop facility managers, supervisors and helpdesk teams.
