Job Responsibilities:
Monitor daily production activities and achieve production targets.
Handle machine setup, process parameters, and production planning.
Reduce rejection, cycle time, and machine downtime.
Maintain production reports and shift records.
Ensure product quality as per customer requirements.
Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and tool room departments.
Monitor manpower utilization and shift management.
Implement 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.
Ensure safety and SOP compliance on shop floor.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of injection molding process and machine operations.
Process troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Leadership and team handling ability.
Knowledge of production planning and quality control.
Qualification:
Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Production / Polymer Engineering
Experience:
2 to 5 years in Plastic Injection Molding Industry
